All orders will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment, unless there is a special item/order. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Products will be received within 5-15 business days via USPS (Priority mail). Please allow extra time for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada and International orders. A confirmation email will be sent once an order is placed and another confirmation will be sent to users email address when an item has been shipped. Items will be shipped to the billing address unless another address is added.
All orders in the US and Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service (Priority Mail). For an item that an order was placed and it is not in stock, an email will be sent to the recipient stating the item is not in stock and they will be given a choice of ordering another item, recieving a refund or waiting until it is in stock (usually 2 weeks for items out of stock).
International Orders - We ship to the United States and Canada and all over the world. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 30 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.
RETURNS POLICY
Reasons for returns are: defective item, wrong size, wrong item shipped. All returns must be authorized. To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at

to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For items being returned for reasons other than defective merchandise (KOBC in its sole discretion will determine if merchandise is considered defective) there is a 20% restocking charge. Please note, we do not back order. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. (in which case the 20% restocking fee will be waived). All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include the original invoice with the RA# written on it. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice. If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange. Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within 14 business days to receive an exchange or the RA# will become null and void. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs when shipping item(s) back to KOBC. Customer must choose a shipper capable of providing proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for properly packing and fully insuring item(s) being returned. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $4.00 for return shipping. Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for Canadian orders. When packing your items include the RA# and the original invoice in the package and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
